Amorphous Choke Coils
The amorphous metal has a non-crystalline structure generated by the rapid cooling of molten metal. Due to the amorphous structure, the transformed metal has excellent magnetic, mechanical, and chemical features in comparison with conventional metallic substances.
NIPPON CHEMI-CON started developing amorphous components for electronic and electric equipment by making full use of the material and process technologies at an early stage. NIPPON CHEMI-CON continued the synthetic research and development, finally optimally matching the amorphous choke coils with the material features and their applications through a variety of characteristics.
NIPPON CHEMI-CON helps their customers to design smaller and higher performance products by supplying excellent amorphous choke coils through sophisticated production technology and extensive manufacturing know-how.
Hybrid-Polymer Capacitors
The Conductive Hybrid Polymer Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors use highly conductive polymer electrolytic materials and electrolyte and are excellently suited for applications with high temperature stability.
High reliability and high voltage are made possible using hybrid electrolyte.
Polymer Capacitors
The NPCAP™ is a Conductive Polymer Solid Aluminum Capacitor that uses highly conductive polymer electrolytic material.
They are electronic components, like aluminum electrolytic capacitors. Super low ESR, impedance and high heat resistance have been obtained by using conductive polymer as an electrolyte.
Radial Capacitors
Radial Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors (Through Hole Capacitors) are single-end connected elements for PCB assembly.
The connecting leads are put through holes on the board and soldered on the rear side. According to the construction the design is very dense end enables high capacitance and voltage in relation to size.
Customer can chose among different terminal options. Available in bulk, cut to 3mm or 5mm, taped on ammo or bent leads for horizontal assembly.
Screw-type Capacitors
Screw types are ideal for inverter applications requiring high ripple current capabilities and motor controllers.
With a voltage range of 6.3 to 700 volts, the number of capacitors in series can be reduced. The Screw types offer very large capacitance of up to 2 F and a maximum operating temperature of +105 °C which allows a high operating temperature without sacrificing life.
These capacitors are available with a variety of high current English or Metric thread terminals. Mounting options include a three-footed clamp or bottom-threaded stud. Custom designs are available upon request.
SMD Capacitors
SMD Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors are used for automated PCB assembly lines.
They currently cover voltages from 4 Volt to 450 Volt and can be delivered in sizes from 4mm to 18mm diameter. Reflow profiles of SMD capacitors are clearly defined and enable the withstanding of thermal stress appearing during the reflow process.
For challenging applications appearing, such as those in the automotive area, we offer SMD capacitors for a temperature range of up to 150°C, which – thanks to their special design – feature vibration resistance.
Snap-In Capacitors
All Snap-In series capacitors are RoHS compliant and available in a variety of sizes, with or without an end disk, and encased in a standard Pb-free PVC sleeve or an optional PET sleeve.
The capacitors are available with snap-In terminals (2 to 4-pin) depending on the can diameter. Straight standoff terminals (5 pin) are optional for a several can diameter.
